- Suzlon One Earth (Pune)
A unique office designed by Christopher Charles, a Pune-
based architect, and receiver of Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum rating in 2010. The
concept is called “office in the garden,” with the building
spread over 10 acres.
2. CII- Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre (Hyderabad)
This structure is the world’s best example of passive architectural design and was the first building outside of the US to be awarded LEED platinum rating. The building doesn’t emit any waste, it recycles all of it within.
3. Infosys Limited (Mysore)
The 5-storey structure was built with a holistic approach to sustainability in five key areas: Sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, material selection, and indoor environmental quality.
4. Infinity Benchmark (Kolkata)
The building is furnished with Co2 monitor sensors, rainwater harvesting, a wastewater recycling system, and humidification controls.
5. Olympia Tech Park (Chennai)
This is one of the largest and most sought after IT parks in Namma Chennai. This majestic structure is famous all over the world for being the first green building of its size (1.8 million sq.ft.) and has some well-known Fortune-100 companies operating from it.
