For customization of terrace garden, vertical garden or a moss wall art or even for customization of planters for your home or office, here’s how it works:
1. Site Visit
Once you like our showcased work on social media or you approach us through word of mouth, we suggest you to book a site visit of the area in question.
Understand Your Requirement
A professional designer and a horticulturist visit you to understand the requirement in detail which includes measurement of the area too. This will be our first in-person meeting with you to understand your mindshare and the space.
2. Scope of Design
Design Process
After understanding the space and measurements taken, our team of designers will create a presentation with varied options for you to choose from, based on your budget and taste. These designs are made on design tools and softwares, that’re easy to understand.
Avail Our Design Service
To create a specialized/customized design for your area in question, design services are provided as per your taste. We provide designs from basic category to luxury, where a basic terrace design service starts from Rs 18,000 only. For bigger area, design charge of Rs 30 per sq ft is charged for a basic category of terrace. These design charges are half adjusted when you avail our execution services for your terrace.
Timelines
A basic terrace/balcony takes about seven days to get completed whereas a big project with ample customizations takes as long as 30-40 days. If you want to add that zing to your green space, we recommend you to go for this category of service.
3. Execution Process
Designated Supervisor
Once the design get fixed, execution work starts where the supervisor of the execution team is in direct touch with you to understand your comfort to get the job completed at the earliest.
Payment Terms
To confirm your order, you make an advance of 50% of the total commercials shared before starting of the project. Once we deliver but before installation of all the hardscape elements such as MS work, wood, or civil work, you need to make 40% of the remaining payment. Then the last installment of 10% is paid before we install / execute the softscape elements such as plants, grass & furniture.
Timelines
After taking the advance amount, a designer wall – green wall or a moss wall takes ten days to get executed, based on the availability of it’s products. A designer terrace garden takes about 30-40 days for our team of professionals to collate all required material and complete the execution.
